maker and seeker of the beautiful
Hi! I’m Virginia Warner, an artist living on a farm in the mountains of Southwest Virginia. I create custom watercolor portraits of homes and other meaningful places. Whether it is a beloved farmhouse, first home, or favorite vacation spot, I love capturing the stories and sentiment held within each space.
While watercolor is my preferred medium, I also enjoy exploring other materials and techniques to bring depth and texture to my work. Ink, pencil or mixed media, I will use whatever is best to tell your story.
Living in the mountains on a quiet piece of land, I’ve built a life centered on creativity, connection, and intention. Our farm isn’t just a place I live and work – it is a place family and friends gather to share meals, swap stories, and slow down. That same spirit of belonging inspires everything I paint and create. My work is deeply rooted in the unassuming beauty of every day.
It is my joy to preserve your family’s memories for now and for generations to come.
